IT Home reported on August 13 that Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited (CATL) released an announcement today stating that the interim dividend distribution plan for its A-shares in 2025 is as follows: Based on the total share capital of the company's existing A-shares of 4.403 billion shares, after excluding 22.6325 million repurchased shares in the special repurchase account, resulting in a share capital of 4.381 billion shares, a cash dividend of RMB 10.07 (inclusive of tax) will be distributed to all shareholders for every 10 shares held. The total actual cash dividend distributed for the company's A-shares this time amounts to RMB 4.411 billion. The record date for shareholding is August 19, 2025, and the ex-rights/ex-dividend date as well as the cash dividend payment date is August 20, 2025.
According to inquiries by IT Home, Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited (CATL) achieved operating income of RMB 178.886 billion in the first half of 2025, a year-on-year increase of 7.27%; the net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company in the first half of the year was RMB 30.512 billion, a year-on-year increase of 33.02%; and the net cash flow from operating activities was RMB 58.687 billion, a year-on-year increase of 31.26%.
As of the end of June 2025, the total assets of Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited (CATL) amounted to RMB 867.181 billion, an increase of 10.24% compared with RMB 786.658 billion at the end of the previous year; the owner's equity attributable to shareholders of the parent company was RMB 294.923 billion, a rise of 19.44% from RMB 246.930 billion at the end of the previous year.
