The 10,000 tons/year triethylamine recycling project invested by Inner Mongolia Yongtai Chemical Co., Ltd. was officially launched recently. Inner Mongolia Chemical Industry learned from the relevant departments that the total investment of the project is 30 million yuan, the construction site is located in the low carbon industrial park of Wuhai High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Inner Mongolia, and the recovered triethylamine is applied to the production of the original product, and the recovery of 10,000 tons of triethylamine and 8,600 tons of calcium chloride hexahydrate will be formed after the completion of the project.

Yongtai Chemical's current production capacity and ongoing projects
Phase I project, investment of 600 million yuan, the construction of an annual output of 400 tons of 2,3, 4-trifluoronitrobenzene and other projects, The production capacity of 18,715 tons of fine chemicals, 30,000 tons of potassium fluoride and 11,600 tons of potassium chloride, 660 tons of sodium sulfate, 3,460 tons of silica, 11,700 tons of calcium sulfate, 7,200 tons of calcium chloride, 10,000 tons of 30% hydrochloric acid and 1,070 tons of 25% hydrobromic acid will be formed in the first phase. At present, some product production lines of the project have been completed and put into operation.
The second phase of the project, with an investment of 800 million yuan, is under construction. After the completion of the project, an annual output of 500 tons of BFAA, 60 tons of C107, 60 tons of C109, 500 tons of CFA, 500 tons of diinsecticide urea, 250 tons of DCFBB (derivative), 550 tons of DCFBB (trifluoride), 2,000 tons of triethylamine, 500 tons of DMPT, 200 tons of ETTP, 1,110 tons of C200, 2 tons of carbon dioxide. Production capacity of 600 tons of CAAME, 2,000 tons of 3DCP, 50 tons of 5DCP, 590 tons of TCP, 2,000 tons of C1201, 100 tons of DFA, 2,000 tons of pyrhidone, 200 tons of TMNI, At the same time, 459 tons of 80% sulfuric acid, 1,228 tons of 95% ethanol, 8,004 tons of 30% hydrochloric acid, 187 tons of sodium sulfate, 1,770 tons of potassium chloride, 15,055 tons of calcium sulfate, 7,435 tons of potassium fluoride were co-produced.

The third phase of the project, with an investment of about 150 million yuan, the construction of an annual output of 800 tons of C1202 and other projects, some product lines of the project have been completed and put into operation. When the project is fully completed, It will form an annual production capacity of 500 tons of HMPCA, 800 tons of C1202, 3,000 tons of YTE751, 5,000 tons of YTE759, 30 tons of Fluolead, 800 Nm3/h of methanol to produce hydrogen, and 16,334 tons of 30% hydrochloric acid, 2,000 tons of potassium chloride, 6,018 tons of sodium chloride. Among them, HMPCA and C1202 are pharmaceutical intermediates, YTE751 and YTE759 are lithium electric materials, and Fluolead are fluorinated reagents.
 
The fourth phase of the project, a total investment of 450 million yuan, the construction of annual output of 25,000 tons of VC and other projects, the project is under construction, has not been put into production. After completion, it will form an annual production capacity of 25,000 tons of VC, 5,000 tons of FEC and 72,165 tons of 30% hydrochloric acid, 43,707 tons of calcium chloride hexahydrate and 3,292 tons of potassium chloride.
 
The fifth phase of the project, a total investment of 200 million yuan, the construction of annual output of 250 tons of RATM and other projects, will form an annual output of 250 tons of RATM, 500 tons of HMPCA after completion. In July 2023, Wuhai City Ecology approved the "Inner Mongolia Yongtai Chemical Co., Ltd. annual output of 250 tons of RATM and other projects Environmental impact Report", the project is under construction, has not yet been put into production.
 
Phase 6 of the project, pending approval. With a total investment of 20 million yuan, DFPA production capacity remains unchanged at 2,000 tons/year, and a total of 1468 tons/year of 40% dimethylamine aqueous solution of coproduction products is added. DFPA production process can be optimized to reduce the use of hazardous chemicals such as toluene and hydrogen fluoride.
 
Phase 7 project, the project is being approved. Invest in the construction of projects with an annual output of 200 tons of m-difluorobenzene, and will form an annual output of 500 tons of prothiobacillazole, 200 tons of m-difluorobenzene, and 500 tons of chlorobenzamide. The project is being approved.
 
The latest launch and promotion of Inner Mongolia Yongtai Chemical Co., Ltd. invested in the construction of 10,000 tons/year triethylamine recycling project, which is to carry out technical transformation of the triethylamine recycling process in the existing phase 3 project YTE759 products. After the technical transformation, the triethylamine recovery process is few and relatively simple, and the production of calcium chloride hexahydrate combined product improves the economic efficiency. After completion, 10,000 tons of triethylamine is recovered and 8,600 tons of calcium chloride hexahydrate is co-produced.
