On September 8, Xinjiang Lanshan Tunhe Energy Co., Ltd. phase III 104,000 tons of BDO project, phase II 46,000 tons of PTMEG project and the 10th anniversary celebration was held in Qitai County, Changji Prefecture, Xinjiang.
Xinjiang Lanshan Tunhe Phase III project with an annual output of 104,000 tons of 1, 4-butandiol is located in Qitai County, Changji Prefecture, Xinjiang, in response to the national Western development strategy and the autonomous region's superior resources transformation strategy, closely around the "spirit of the Central Xinjiang Work Symposium" and "Xinjiang 14th Five-Year Plan and 2035 vision goal Planning Outline". Relying on Xinjiang's resource advantages, geographical advantages and overall industrial chain advantages, we will make use of local abundant coal and limestone resources to carry out industrial chain supporting projects for PBT and PBS products.
It is understood that the project officially started construction on April 1, 2022, and successfully delivered on September 8, 2023. During the period, it experienced various difficulties such as repeated epidemic, delayed on-site equipment and materials, high temperature in summer and cold in winter. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the project, the staff worked overtime to catch up with the schedule and fully completed various construction tasks on the site, which finally lasted 17 months.
The CCT of the project indicates that another high-quality and high-level BDO and PTMEG plant will be put into operation smoothly.
