Diluent is a liquid substance with good miscibility added in order to reduce viscosity and improve process performance, mainly used in furniture paint, ink and industrial paint and other industries. The share of diluent in the furniture paint industry accounts for about 1/3 of the paint, of which cyclohexanone as a universal solvent in the furniture paint industry, is the largest use of cyclohexanone in the diluent market.
Color coated steel plate (referred to as color coated plate), with metal strip steel as the base material, such as cold rolled steel plate, hot galvanized plate, electrogalvanized plate, etc., after surface treatment and process control, the surface is coated with a variety of polymer coatings, and finally form a variety of different colors of organic paint color steel coil. In practical applications, it can directly carry out cold forming, riveting processing, and also meet the requirements of anti-corrosion and appearance, mainly used in construction, home appliances and other industries, in addition to the transportation and automobile industry.
It is understood that the common base materials for color coated plates are: ordinary polyester (PE), silicon modified polyester (SMP), high durability polyester (HDP), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF). Taking polyester primer as an example, it is divided into: resin (50-60%), pigment (15-25%), anti-rust pigment (5-10%) and mixed solvent (10-20%), and cyclohexanone as one of the mixed solvents, accounting for about 35% of the mixed solvent.
Copper clad plate (CCL) is an electronic glass fiber cloth or other reinforcing material dipped in resin, one or both sides covered with copper foil and hot pressed to make a plate-like material, mainly used in the production of printed circuit boards. Products are widely used in mobile phones, digital cameras, digital camcorders, laptop computers, flat screen TV, office automation equipment, automotive electronics, instrumentation, medical machinery, aerospace, military and other fields. Electrolytic copper foil, epoxy resin and electronic glass fiber cloth are the three main raw materials, and the process is divided into three steps:
1) Glue mixing: mixing resin, curing agent, sealant and solvent, etc., in the process of glue mixing, various solvents will be added, including cyclohexanone, DMF, mainly according to its raw material ratio to adjust.
2) Infiltration: The middle layer is fully infiltrated through the adjusted mixed colloid.
3) Sheet forming: Attach thin copper foil to the infiltrating layer, and heat and pressure preparation.
