In addition to Liaoning JINFA 600,000 tons/year PDH unit, JINFA Technology also has its subsidiary Ningbo JINFA operating 600,000 tons/year PDH unit and another 600,000 tons/year PDH unit under construction. After all the units are put into operation, the total PDH capacity of JINFa Technology will reach 1.8 million tons/year.
1. Operating 600,000 tons/year PDH device
The first phase of Ningbo JAFin's 1.24 million tons/year propane and mixed carbon 4 utilization project was completed and put into operation successfully in 2014. The main production capacity includes 600,000 tons/year propane dehydrogenation unit, 600,000 tons/year isoctane unit, 40,000 tons/year methyl ethyl ketone unit and 1 million tons/year gas separation unit.
2. 600,000 tons/year PDH device under construction
Ningbo JINFA 1.2 million tons/year polypropylene thermoplastic elastomer (PTPE) and modified new material integration project started construction on June 10, 2020, with a total investment of 10.5 billion yuan. The project is divided into two phases. The first phase is planned to invest about 6 billion yuan, mainly to build 600,000 tons/year propane dehydrogenation, 800,000 tons/year polypropylene, 400,000 tons/year modified polypropylene new material production lines and supporting public works. The PDH device adopts Lummus process and is scheduled to be put into production before 2023, which will open up the industrial chain of propene-polypropylene/ABS-modified plastics. In the second stage, one set of 600,000-ton/year propane dehydrogenation plant and one set of 400,000-ton/year polypropylene plant will be constructed. The construction is scheduled to start in 2023 and will be completed by the end of 2026.

For biodegradable plastics, Goldilocks has a PBAT capacity of 180,000 tPA and PLA capacity of 30,000 TPA to be commissioned in the fourth quarter of 2022. In terms of special engineering plastics, Jinfa Technology currently has 40,000 tons/year PA10T/PA6T resin, and 11,000 tons/year plant is scheduled to be put into production in December 2022; Existing LCP capacity of 60,000 tons/year; The 1000-ton PPSU/PES pilot scale industrialization device has basically reached production, and 15,000 tons/year LCP and 60,000 tons/year PPSU/PES synthetic resin projects have been started, and the design of process and civil construction has been completed in the first half of 2022.
In terms of medical and health care, Guangdong Jinfa Technology Co., Ltd. is building a project with an annual output of 40 billion high-performance medical and health protective gloves. The project consists of 6 clusters, each containing two workshops and a warehouse, and 8 production lines in each workshop, with a total of 96 production lines. The designed daily production capacity of each production line is 800,000 ~ 1.2 million. As of September 30, 2022, the Glove project has completed the construction of 64 production lines. For the remaining investment construction of the project, Goldilocks Technology will advance, adjust or terminate in due course depending on future market conditions.
