The project department of Huizhou Boke first lifted the BDO tower. The total weight of the BDO tower was 208 tons, the location radius was 12 meters, and 800 tons crawler crane was used, which lasted 1 hour and 40 minutes. Secondly, the GBL tower is hoisted, with a total weight of 164 tons and a radius of 12 meters, and 800 tons crawler crane is also used. In order to ensure the smooth progress of this hoisting, the project department made overall arrangements and reasonable division of labor. The project department carried out safety and technical disclosure before hoisting. During the hoisting process, all majors obeyed the command and cooperated closely, technicians and safety supervisors supervised the whole process, and construction workers strictly implemented the hoisting plan. During the whole hoisting construction process, all the staff worked together, with firm confidence, and successfully completed the hoisting task with full enthusiasm and high morale.
The smooth installation of GBL tower and BDO tower laid a solid foundation for the next step of equipment installation and construction, and effectively promoted the project construction.
Yongying new material project
With a total investment of 33 billion yuan, Yongying New Materials Project is the largest single project in the industrial field of Nanchong, Sichuan Province. "The project uses natural gas as raw material, with a total of 600,000 tons/year of BDO, 500,000 tons/year of PBAT and 300,000 tons/year of spandex, implemented in three phases. Phase I production scale of 300,000 tons/year BDO, 60,000 tons/year PBAT and 60,000 tons/year PTMEG; Phase II 300,000 tons/year BDO production scale; The third phase of the project will use the BDO produced in the first and second phases as raw materials to extend downstream and build the remaining PBAT, PTMEG and spandex plants. Chen Jiansheng said that after the project is completed and put into operation, Sichuan's natural gas resource advantages can be transformed into development advantages and industrial advantages, further improve the chemical industry chain of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle, and produce a good comprehensive radiation effect on the surrounding areas. In the next planning of Sichuan Yongying, it will also focus on green low-carbon, new energy and new materials, through strategic alliances and other ways, strong chain, chain extension and chain supplement, so as to establish an industrial system of green development led by BDO upstream and downstream industries and coupled with new energy materials.
The Yongying new materials project, which will be put into operation soon, will undoubtedly inject a "booster shot" into the development of Nanchong chemical textile industry, and hopefully grow into a new leader and chain master for the development of industrial "cluster agglomeration".
