Product Description
Cyclohexylamine can be miscible with water and common organic solvents. It can evaporate with water vapor and form an azeotropic mixture with water. Flammable and toxic. Used for synthetic desulfurizer, corrosion inhibitor, vulcanization accelerator, emulsifier, antistatic agent, latex coagulant, petroleum product additive, corrosion inhibitor, fungicide, pesticide and so on. It can be prepared by ammonolysis of cyclohexanol or hydrogenation of aniline at high temperature and pressure.

Product Purpose
1、This product is used to prepare cyclohexanol, EPSILON-CAPROLACTAM, cellulose acetate and nylon 6 etc. . Cyclohexylamine itself is a solvent, can be used in resins, coatings, fats, paraffin oils. It can also be used to produce desulfurizer, rubber antioxidant, vulcanization accelerator, plastic and textile chemical additives, boiler water treatment agent, metal corrosion inhibitor, emulsifier, antiseptic, antistatic agent, latex coagulant, petroleum additive, fungicide, insecticide and dye intermediates. A sulfonate of cyclohexylamine; used as an artificial sweetener in food, beverages, and pharmaceuticals. Also used as an acid gas absorbent.
2、Used as ph regulator for boiler feed water. Cyclohexylamine is a volatile substance, it is easy to reach the whole system after dosing. If ph is lower than 8.5, the treatment effect of cyclohexylamine is unfavorable.
3、Synthetic desulfurizer, rubber accelerator, dye, antistatic agent, corrosion inhibitor, pesticide fungicides, insecticides and other intermediates.
4、Used as boiler water treatment agent and corrosion inhibitor, rubber accelerator, organic synthesis intermediate.

Method Of Storage And Transportation
Storage notes: store in a cool, ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire and heat. The temperature should not exceed 30 °C. Keep the container sealed. Should be stored separately from acids, edible chemicals, avoid mixed storage. Adopt explosion-proof lighting and ventilation facilities. The use of spark-generating mechanical equipment and tools is prohibited. The storage area shall be equipped with leak emergency treatment equipment and appropriate storage materials.
Cyclohexylamine is strongly alkaline, can absorb carbon dioxide in the air and quickly form white crystalline carbonate. Therefore, the storage package should be sealed. Packed in iron drums, 150kg or 170kg per barrel. Store in a cool, ventilated, dry place. Protect against the Sun. Insulate heat and fire sources. According to the provisions of flammable and toxic chemicals storage and transportation.
