Method Of Storage And Transportation
1. Store in a cool, ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire and heat. The temperature of the reservoir should not exceed 30℃. It should be stored separately from acids, alkalis and edible chemicals, and should not be mixed. Explosion-proof lighting and ventilation facilities are adopted. Do not use mechanical equipment and tools that are prone to spark. The storage area should be equipped with leak emergency treatment equipment and suitable containment materials.
2. Because ferric chloride or tin chloride can promote the occurrence of epichlorohydrin self-polymerization, it is appropriate to store in dry and clean galvanized iron drums, 200kg per barrel. Store in a cool, ventilated, dry place, away from fire and heat sources. Storage and transportation in accordance with flammable and toxic articles.
Protective Measures
Evacuate the personnel from the contaminated area to the safety zone, prohibit irrelevant personnel from entering the contaminated area, and cut off the fire source. Emergency responders wear self-contained breathing apparatus and protective clothing. Do not directly contact the leakage, to ensure the safety of the leak. Spray mist reduces evaporation. Mixed with sand or other non-combustible adsorbents for absorption, then collected and transported to the waste disposal site. If a large number of leaks, use the embankment to contain, and then collect, transfer, recycling or harmless disposal of waste.
