Yan Yaodong, construction manager of the project, introduced that 254 units of equipment have been installed, of which 35% of BDO vacuum pumps, scrubber towers, heat exchangers and other equipment have been installed. 74% of non-standard storage tanks in BDO product tank farm, intermediate tank farm and formaldehyde intermediate tank farm have been installed. The main equipment BDO production, formaldehyde production equipment, cabinet and substation have been installed.
It is reported that the core device of the project BYD reactor will also enter the market this month, and it is expected that 85% of the project equipment installation will be completed by the end of December, the device process pipeline will be prefabricated, the electrical instrument panel cabinet and the bridge installation will be completed, and the annual project construction target will be completed on schedule.
In order to ensure the quality and safety of the project, the leading group of the construction of the new industry energy project strictly implements the work of safety production, and the safety work is accepted by the owners, supervisors, general contractors and subcontractors in stages and steps, and the implementation of listed supervision. And regularly organize high-altitude fall, foundation pit collapse, heat stroke prevention, electric shock and other subjects of emergency drills, the selection of safety models, the implementation of the reward and punishment mechanism.
The total investment of the second phase of the BDO project is 2.012 billion yuan, the construction period is 18 months, and it is expected to be completed and put into operation by the end of August 2024. The project includes BDO unit, acetylene unit, formaldehyde unit, calcium carbide storage and crushing, and the construction of external pipe and pipe gallery, road, connection with the original system and the transformation required for connection. After the production, it can achieve an annual output value of 2.2 billion yuan and provide more than 100 jobs.
